Liability Waiver
By booking Walker WanderWoofs, you acknowledge the inherent risks of dog walking, outdoor activities, transportation, group care, home boarding, and other pet care.
Assumption of risk and release
Risks include animal interactions, outdoor terrain and weather, traffic, escape, illness, medical emergencies, and behavioral issues. Clients release and indemnify Walker WanderWoofs except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Behavior and health disclosure
Clients must disclose known behavioral and medical issues and certify that pets meet applicable health and vaccination requirements. Clients accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by their pets.
Group care and property access
Day Trips are supervised small-group outings. Home Boarding occurs in a walker's private home and may include dogs from other households. Walker WanderWoofs may separate or individually manage dogs for safety. Clients authorize agreed property access for service.
Media and agreement
Service-update photos are part of care. Marketing use requires optional media consent, which can be revoked. Completing a booking confirms acceptance of this waiver for provided services.
